“I was born in California and came to St. Louis 15 years ago where I graduated from L’École Culinaire as a student ambassador in 2009. I’ve worked in all facets of the restaurant business, including casual dining, fine dining, private clubs, small family-owned restaurants, and large corporate chains. When I’m not working in the kitchen, I enjoy spending time with my family, which includes my beautiful wife, my two girls, and my two boys.”
